What we collect

When you place an order on RC 3DPrints (https://rcshopzy.store), we collect your name, email, phone number, and shipping address to fulfil that order.

Analytics and security

To understand how the shop is used and to keep it safe, we record which pages are viewed and what is done on them (searches, items added to the cart or wishlist, checkouts started), together with the type of device and browser, the page that referred you, and your approximate location (country and city, as worked out from your connection). Visits are linked by two random identifiers kept in first-party cookies: one that lapses after 30 minutes without activity and one kept for a year to recognise a returning browser. We do not store your IP address itself, only a one-way scrambled form of it, used to group visits and to block abuse. Requests that look like attacks or floods are refused and logged. This information is not sold or shared, and is deleted after about 13 months (security logs after 90 days).

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — they go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection.

How we use it

Order details are used only to fulfil and ship your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Wishlist, alerts, reminders and saved addresses

If you save items to a wishlist without signing in, the list stays in your browser only. If you are signed in, it is stored with your account so it follows you across devices. If you ask to be told when a sold-out item is back, we keep your email address for that one alert and send a single email when it returns. If you start a checkout and do not finish it, we may send you one reminder email about that checkout. If you are signed in you can save delivery addresses to your account, and edit or delete them at any time from your account page.

Photos and models for custom designs

When you design a personalised print, the photo or model file you add is sent to our own print servers, which build the 3D design and its preview; it is not shared with anyone else. When you order, we keep a copy of that design so we can print exactly what you approved.
